Worked with owner to develop a strategy and plan that accommodated personality, preferences, and strengths; and leveraged business strengths; and utilization of affordable production, administrative, and marketing personal to prevent unnecessary and unaffordable investment in personnel and office space; and enable stabilization, managed growth.
